It has been too long since I’ve seen a movie. If anyone’s interested in seeing Be Cool this weekend, I’ve decided I don’t need to finish the book before I see it and will probably head out to the 10 p.m. show Friday night, after Italian table and the lit conference speaker thingy — though if anyone hasn’t seen Bad Education, I’ve been dying to see it, too. I’m also interested in Diary of a Mad Black Woman, because it’s on my list to see for 2005. Drop me a line, call, comment, etc.
iPod note: It comes with Solitaire! And something called a music quiz, where it plays the first few seconds of songs from your playlist and you get to guess who it’s by. It’s a little game in my hand. I will never work again — not that there was much danger of that, anyway. Oh, and I’m officially caught up on Lawrence J-Worlds at work. So yes, I’ve catalogued every article referencing KU that was printed in the ENTIRE COUNTRY (minus sports articles) since at least July 1 of 2003. Yargh. I know more about this place than I did about AU, when I ran the damn paper.
