Woman on the run!

Gakked from , who has a whole year’s worth of them:

Would you rather be on the FBI’s ten most wanted list for one year OR be a deer during hunting season?

I really think I’d do better with the ten most wanted list. I mean, I know, criminal=bad, life on the lam=even more bad, hiding out, not being able to see family and friends=really, really bad, but still! Adventure! I’d be good. I think I could effectively disappear for a year, and then (after they’d proved my innocence) I could come back and write a book and the spin off movie about it.

I can’t be the only person over the age of 12 who still thinks about things like, “If I were hiding from the law, I’d do –” every now and again.

You aren’t. I, um, have this friend and, um, *she* does that. Or so I hear.

I’ve been known to do that – to the point I have my alias all picked out, and although nothing more concrete has happened yet, I do think about establishing boltholes and secret caches with money and ID.

too bad I’m lacking in willpower to save up the $$, and too lazy to actually *become* a master criminal

I think my choice would depend on my awareness level as a deer. I mean, would I get to still have my human mind and thus be well aware that I should stay far away from people during that time (even if they had Twinkies)? Could my family or friends keep me as a pet?

You have a point: The life of a deer during hunting season might be pretty relaxing if you were a domesticated deer or something. Though it’s always been hard for me to turn down twinkies offered by a harmless-seeming guy.

This is absolutely my problem, too. No shortage of good schemes, just a lack of energy. 😉

You know, I think I have that SAME friend! Small world!
